Product Warranty
All our products are covered against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item or something different from what you ordered, we're here to help!
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If your product is defective or incorrect, please email us at contact@marilynverse.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. Be sure to include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
If your request is approved, you may choose:

A full refund of the amount paid;

A replacement of the correct product;

A similar product of equal value;
-
A store credit coupon for future purchases.
Exchanges Due to Incorrect Choice or Regret
According to the Consumer Defense Code, we do not accept exchanges due to incorrect color, size, or model choice. Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any doubts, feel free to reach out!
Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must not show any signs of use;

Original packaging must be intact;

The item must be securely packed to avoid damage during shipping.
We do not accept returns of used or altered products.
Deadlines

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will respond within 48 business hours after your request.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused.
Shipping Costs

Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the reshipping cost will also be the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after payment by contacting our support team via email.
Incorrect Address
If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to update the address. If the package is returned, the customer must cover the reshipping fee. In case of loss or delivery issues caused by the carrier, we will resend the product and restart the delivery timeframe.
Refund Policy – Marilynverse
1. Return Process
Refunds can be requested due to dissatisfaction or product defects, as long as the conditions and deadlines below are respected.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@marilynverse.com with your order number and reason for the return.
3. Right of Withdrawal

You may return the product within 7 calendar days of receiving it, in accordance with consumer rights.

The item must be unopened, unused, and include any freebies or gifts.

After 7 days, the right of withdrawal will no longer apply.
4. Defective or Damaged Products

You may request a return within 30 days for non-durable goods or 90 days for durable goods.

All products and gifts must be returned.

A technical analysis will confirm any reported defects.

This analysis may take up to 3 weeks after the product arrives at our distribution center.
5. Refund Method and Timing

Card payments: refund issued to the same card, within up to 2 billing cycles.

Boleto (bank slip): refund to a bank account, within 10 business days (you’ll need to provide your bank details).

PIX: refund to your account within 2 business days.
6. When Refunds Are Not Approved
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

The customer did not receive the product after 3 delivery attempts;

An incorrect address was provided by the customer;
-
The product was returned opened or with signs of use;

The customer refused to return the product to our distribution center;

The refund was requested due to shipping fees;

The refund was requested before receiving the product.
7. When Refunds Are Approved
Refunds will be granted if:

There is a logistics error, loss, or theft during the delivery process;

The customer returns the product in perfect condition, sealed, and within the 7-day window.
